The Bar

When you walk into The Rose you enter a friendly welcoming bar. Split into two sections, the bar  offers the customary darts and gaming machine and until legislation is changed, smoking is allowed.

In the next section - the lounge - sink into the comfy leather sofas and relax in this non smoking, cosy area.

The pub was entirely refurbished when it was re-opened by Brian and Kate last May, and its true character is now reflected in the peaceful, light, airy surroundings - complimented by  some of the original features of this very old building which have been tastefully restored.
